Our society isnt just about ploughing but a huge range of agricultural competitions -
Competitions include

1. Hedge Laying (see the Hedge laying tab) (at the county ploughing match)
2. Ploughing (at the county ploughing match)
   
3. Mechanical Hedge Cutting
   
4. Drilling
   
5. Growing Crops (divided in to best growing crop of wheat, barley, OSR, beans, peas etc)
6. Best Farmed Farm
   
7. Best Mixed Farm
   
8. Cattle, Sheep and Pig Judging
   
9. The Hay Root and Corn Competitions are judged from samples bought along on the competitions day and independant judges select the best.
